Developing and delivering a professional monthly Newsletter is a daunting task. It’s stressful, time consuming and a lot of hassle for most Real Estate Professionals. With minimal effort on your part, Agent SOI Connection will send a quality, professional Newsletter on your behalf every month. We also have Just Listed, For Sale, For Rent, Just Sold, and Just Leased email Postcards and Flyers you can send on demand. All mailers automatically display when the email is opened, no attachments.

How much does Agent SOI cost?
All our services are included for one low price. No set-up fees and No long term contracts.
Are there any hidden or additional costs?
Never, all our services, including any future enhancements are included for the low price of $39.99 per month (+ tax where applicable).
Is there a long term contract I need to agree to?
No, all our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Your credit card will be charged the monthly membership fee at the same time each month. You can stop service anytime you like before the next billing cycle.
How many Contacts can I have on my account?
Marketing Experts strongly recommend narrowing your Sphere of Influence to a maximum number to be most effective – Dunbar’s Number. Because we know focusing on your Inner Sphere is most effective, you’re able to have up to 200 contacts on your account. Update your contact list as often as you like by removing or adding contacts. You can enter contacts individually or import a list of contacts.

Can I import a contact list?
Yes, you can import an Excel® file into your Agent SOI contacts list. The column format is: Email Address | First Name | Last Name | Custom1 |, Custom2. The custom fields can be left blank for now or you can use to them to further identify your contacts as buyers, seller, investors, etc.
Who should I add to my contact list?
Anyone you like, from prospects, past and current clients, family and friends, to that new acquaintance you just met. If you’re just starting out this may be anyone and everyone you know who might bring you business. If you’re a more seasoned Agent, Marketing Experts strongly recommend narrowing your Sphere of Influence to a maximum number to be most effective – Dunbar’s Number. Don’t let repeat or referral business go to another agent because someone you know forgot you were in the real estate business. Please make sure the contacts you enter or upload have received or have agreed to receive email from you. Use of purchased email lists is not allowed.
Can I change the Call to Action statement that will be in my Header?
Absolutely, you can update/personalize the call-to-action statement or any of your profile information at any time. Just make sure you’re telling your contacts how much you appreciate them and ask for their continued business and referrals.
Can I edit my contact list once it’s been entered into Agent SOI?
Absolutely, you can modify your contact list at any time.
Am I notified when one of my contacts Unsubscribes from receiving email?
Yes, you’ll be notified by email when any of your contacts unsubscribes from the service. This gives you the opportunity to reach out to them to make certain that was their intention.
How do I update my method of monthly payment?
Once you’re logged into your account, select the “Account” link, click on “update” next to the credit card number, then enter the new information.
